Products carry a 12 month or 12,000 mile ( whichever comes sooner) no quibble warranty, assuming reasonable
care and attention has been exercised at installation and that inherent engine problems have not further promoted
failure of item. However, where a product has failed due to obvious installation neglect ( particularly where product
features prove cause of failure i.e. dirt, lack of lubrication, incompatibility etc), then the warranty will be
rejected in entirety. The company will welcome independent reports if so desired. Products in dispute will be retained
for a period of two months, after which time, if no further instructions are received, will be disposed of. Where
a product is supplied with fitting suggestions it is therefore most important that this information is read and
LABOUR The company will pay labour at sensible trade rates where a product is proven and agreed to faulty
from source of manufacture, otherwise normal Conditions of Sale apply.
RETURNS All returned goods must be accompanied with a
detailed explanation in writing stating reason or reasons for rejection.
If a labour
claim is being sought then the relative invoice/details
must accompany the goods at time of return. Labour claims
even if valid will not be accepted after warranty reports
have been processed. If goods are returned in the post then
for obvious reasons ensure recorded delivery is employed. In cases where arbitration is
required against independent reports or manufacturers' reports then arbitrators in any claim will be the
"Automobile Association" and their decision must be accepted
as final by either party.
